Cancellations.

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order. Orders not dispatched can be cancelled and refunded. If an order is dispatched prior to cancellation then you will be charged for shipping only.

Can I return an item?

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by BuyaTestKit.com Items must be in brand new, mint condition, in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging including all packaging materials, such as product & inserts. See below for more details. All returns will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge, if accepted. Returns must be made within 15 days of the shipping date.

Returning an Order

Should you need to return items purchased from BuyaTestKit.com

  • Please notify our customer returns department via our contact page. State in the email your date of order, order number and reason for the return.
  • Request a returns authorization number and return address.
  • Returns must be in brand new, mint condition, in the original, undamaged manufacturer’s packaging including all packaging materials, such as product & inserts.
  • Returns must be made within 15 days of the shipping date.
  • When returning items, they must be sent freight prepaid.
  • Returns sent C.O.D. or “shipping charges collect” will be refused.
  • Acceptance of return of special order items is conditional based on the terms of return of the item’s manufacturer or supplier.
  • To avoid any complications, be sure that you insure your return shipment.

  • Credit will be given only for items that we receive and inspect.

If damage occurred during transit, please do not dispose of the packaging. Contact the carrier for inspection and file a claim with the carrier.

When will I get my refund?

Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return. There is no refund for shipping. Credit will be given only for items that we receive and inspect. To avoid any complications, be sure that you insure your return shipment.
