Shipping Policy

Your order.

Items ordered before 11am PST will normally process and ship same day.  Popular items sell out quickly. It is possible for you to see a message that an item is available on the product detail page, but discover it is sold out by the time you place your order.  When In-Stock Items are processed they will be shipped same day whenever possible. We will inform you when backorders become available. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. This often due to the manufacturer.

Items ordered are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, USPS, FedEx Ground and UPS Ground.  How and when it arrives depends on which shipping options you’ve chosen.

  • USPS Priority Mail takes three days after one day processing to arrive.
  • FedEx and UPS Ground takes around five days to arrive.

NOTE: Only some of our products ship with USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping Restrictions.

Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to certain geographical locations. Please contact us for more information.

Please Note: Due to shipping restrictions we do not ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska or Hawaii. UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. boxes, therefore we must have a valid address to ship your order.  You’ll be notified after placing your order if we’re unable to ship specific items to the address specified. Check your email for periodic updates.
