4 panel drug test kit.
This is an inexpensive and reliable 4-panel drug test. It is a urine test for the detection of illegal or prescription drugs in human urine and aimed to determine substance abuse for Cocaine, Opiates, Methamphetamine, and Marijuana. Parents wanting to know if their loved ones are abusing drugs can use this product with confidence knowing that the result will give them a clear indication of abuse or not.
The EliteScreen four-panel urine test is a rapid, qualitative immunoassay in the form of a dip card designed to be dipped into a urine sample producing near-instant results. It will tell you if an individual is over the cut-off limit for the four substances listed above. The device screens for metabolites of each drug at or above cut-off levels specified by the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA).

The 4 panel drug test kit urine test consists of four individual test strips that detect four different abused substances. This is classed as a one-step assay with a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay that is based on the principle of competition for limited antibody binding sites between the drug metabolite in the urine sample and a drug-protein conjugate immobilized on a porous membrane support.
Process and explanation of the 4 panel drug test kit:
In simple terms, during testing, urine migrates to the test area of the membrane by capillary action, mobilizing the chemical reaction. It flows along each membrane of four test strips until it reaches a point where it reacts with a chemical on the strip. This chemical is designed to react with a specific drug, if no reaction takes place then a colored line appears if a reaction is detected then the line does not form indicating that substance was detected.
The test completed correctly: The control line (C) serves as internal quality control for the analysis. It should always appear as a colored band regardless of the presence of the drug.
Negative result: In the absence of a drug or if the concentration is below the cut-off in the sample tested a colored band appears; apparent result (T).
Presumed positive: If the drug concentration is at or above the cut-off limit, no colored line will form. (Presumptive positive)
Invalid result: The built-in control feature which is the (C) line indicates that an adequate sample volume was used and that the reagents migrated properly. If a (C) line band does not form, the result is invalid. Discard the device and start the testing process with a new test kit.
